I love it!

I think the blur really adds to it- like a really cool macro shot :) very nice high realism, and I agree it just looks so very clean. The knots are obviously the same on each face but that's alright, at first glance it just looks like really good wood :P still does, actually 8)

Nice texture and everything, realistic and whatnot- my only complaint is the beveling on the teeth of the gears, it makes them look too smooth.

I really do love this one a lot- like some foggy abyss of life and elements, and within it is this reaching root of everything within it. Minimal and abstract, yet I can feel the essence and truth of what you're getting at. The composition is clean and gives a harmonious feel to look at.
